A completed design, as opposed to a construction permit design, is a full and detailed design, exact reporting of products to be ordered, such as windows and doors, bricks, steel, prefabrications, wood trusses, roof weatherproofing, chimneys, locksmith and plumbing products, flooring and individual layers. It also contains detailed drawings of banisters, chimneys and other details which individual construction may be reliably based or, when appropriate, to check whether the construction company is correctly doing the construction. A detailed completed design does not allow a contractor to incorrectly complete constructed details and makes it impossible for them to bill for additional work which in simple documentation would not be explicit.
