Technical report, calculation of energy to be consumed for heating, furnace connection scheme, placement, heating element dimensions and material report; the central heating design has the following alternatives – gas heating, electrical heating (See “Ordering”),

HEALTH TECHNOLOGY DESIGN includes:

Technical report, drawings of internal water piping, home sewer system, home gas line and material report,

When the home cannot be connected to public sewers, you can order the CATCH BASIN DESIGN.

GARAGE DESIGN:

Likewise when the home does not have a built-in or attached garage, you can order a FREE STANDING GARAGE DESIGN or TWO-CAR GARAGE DESIGN.

Catalogued projects for large individual construction parcels and technical options for connecting to public utility networks do not include marking out the house on the property and connection to utility networks. This drawing can be guaranteed for you by our regional sales representatives or our partners.

CHANGES in finished designs should, in your own interest, be consulted with us; requested design changes need to be presented, after prior consultation, when ordering a design. Design changes are only allowed with our Company’s written consent.

All designs we supply include MIRROR IMAGES. Prices of cataloged projects are inclusive of VAT. Budgeted costs for turnkey construction and prices for construction material are shown exclusive of VAT.
